Qualification Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information and Communication Technology or related field.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Solution Development – Design and prepare competitive Telecom & ICT proposals, quotations, and technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business strategy.
Costing & Commercial Analysis – Analyze project costs, develop commercial scenarios, and identify cost-effective solutions to ensure profitable and competitive bids.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination – Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Procurement teams, and external suppliers to align project requirements, negotiate pricing, and support successful project approvals.
Project Pipeline & Feasibility Management – Manage proposal pipelines, prioritize tasks based on deadlines and scope, and conduct preliminary feasibility assessments to ensure project viability.
Quality Assurance & Process Compliance – Ensure accuracy of quotations and documentation, maintain project records, comply with company policies/SOPs, and support continuous process improvements.
