Bank of Maldives PLC is seeking to purchase a land area of between 8,000 to 12,000 square feet in Male’.

• Permanent Address
• ID Card Number

2. Details of the land:

• Name of the land
• Address
• Land space (square feet)
• Proof of ownership

3. Drawing of the land  (To scale)

Submission of Expression of Interest

EOI should be submitted via a letter to Bank of Maldives, Head Office Building, 5^th Floor before 10:00am on 14^th January 2016.

Evaluation Process

1. The call for EOI does not constitute a solicitation or Request for Proposal.

2. Upon receipt of the EOI, a preliminary evaluation based on the documents submitted will be conducted.

3. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to shortlisted EOI parties.
