Position: Finance Officer

Minimum Qualification and Experience
Completed O’ Levels with 3 passes + 2 years of experience in the feild.
Responsibilities
- Prepare payment vouchers and maintain the payment voucher register.
- Update and maintain supplier and customer invoice registers.
- Assist in processing supplier invoices and verify supporting documents.
- Prepare customer invoices and actively follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Record financial transactions and assist in maintaining the general ledger.
- Manage and reconcile the department’s petty cash.
- Support bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the fixed asset register.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports.
- Maintain proper filing and achieving of all financial documents and records.
- Perform general administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned by the Finance Department.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Undergraduate Degree in a relevant Field + 3 years of experience in the field.
OR
Completed Diploma in a relevant field + 5 years of experience in the field.
OR
Completed O’ Levels + 10 years of experience.
Additional Skills Required
Candidates with experience in ERP systems and QuickBooks will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and payments.
- Prepare customer invoices and actively follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Perform bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
- Lead month-end closing procedures and ensure timely financial documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Coordinate and provide necessary assistance for internal and external audits.
- Undertake Head Cashier responsibilities as required.
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of finance policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform administrative and other duties assigned by the Finance Department.
