Job Responsibilities 

• Coordinate vessel berthing, loading/unloading, and departure operations at Malé Port.
• Liaise with MPL, Customs, Immigration, and other relevant authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle inward and outward vessel clearance and crew sign-on/sign-off formalities.
• Coordinate container movements, inventory control, and system updates.
• Coordinate container repairs and verify repair standards and costs.
• Prepare load lists, discharge plans, detention invoices, and other operational documentation.
• Coordinate breakbulk and transshipment cargo operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare weekly sailing schedules.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Management.

Required Qualifications 

• 5 O’Level Pass OR 3 A’Level Pass

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to work independently and willing to work long hours.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive working attitude and a good team player.
