 Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the Head Office team as an ICT Assistant Manager.

The successful candidate will support organizational operations by managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring network security, assisting in system development and troubleshooting, and contributing to efficient, reliable, and secure ICT services across the company.


 Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Undergraduate Degree in a relevant Field + 3 years of middle management experience in the field.
OR
Completed Diploma in a relevant field + 5 years of middle management experience in the field/Position.
OR
Completed O’ Levels + 10 years of middle management experience.

Note: Professional qualifications, such as Microsoft and cisco will be an added advantage


 Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform server administration tasks (e.g., user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
  2. Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions.
  3. Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
  4. Prepare cost-benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure best possible service and value.
  5. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates internet, intranet, LANs, WANs and network segments.
  6. Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed.
  7. Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
  8. Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.

Required Skill

  1. Strong knowledge of MS Azure, SharePoint, and MS365, Active Directory.
  2. Experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures, as well as systems performance monitoring.
  3. Proven expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
  4. Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
