Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the Head Office team as an ICT Assistant Manager.
Undergraduate Degree in a relevant Field + 3 years of middle management experience in the field.
OR
Completed Diploma in a relevant field + 5 years of middle management experience in the field/Position.
OR
Completed O’ Levels + 10 years of middle management experience.
Note: Professional qualifications, such as Microsoft and cisco will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Perform server administration tasks (e.g., user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions.
- Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure best possible service and value.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates internet, intranet, LANs, WANs and network segments.
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed.
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
Required Skill
- Strong knowledge of MS Azure, SharePoint, and MS365, Active Directory.
- Experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures, as well as systems performance monitoring.
- Proven expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
