Project: Hiring an Expatriate Recruitment Agency Services
Introduction
StatePharma invites quotations from qualified and licensed expatriate recruitment agencies to provide end‑to‑end recruitment, immigration, and compliance support services for skilled expatriate personnel in the Maldives.
This RFQ is based on the Terms of Reference (TOR) and outlines the requirements, submission process, and evaluation criteria.
Please note that this is the second publication of the RFQ, as we did not receive an adequate response to the initial call.
Scope of Services
Services as detailed in the terms of reference (TOR) attached to this RFQ.
Duration
Initial engagement: 1 year, renewable based on performance.
Quarterly performance reviews based on KPIs as detailed in the terms of reference (TOR) attached to this RFQ.
Eligibility & Experience Requirements

Valid business registration and recruitment licence.

Proven experience in expatriate recruitment in Maldives.

Knowledge of quota, work permit, and visa processes.

Availability of qualified personnel including Account Manager.

Submission Details

Query Deadline: 30th March 2026, before 1200pm
Response to query: 1st April 2026, before 1200pm
Submission Deadline: 06th April 2026, 1200pm, Via email.
All parties must submit their Quotation in response to this RFQ via email to [email protected].
(The Quotation maybe password protected, however the password should be shared via email to the same address above 10 minutes before the bid submission deadline stated in the Procurement Schedule).
