Invitation for the Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)

1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) invites interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for “Digitalization of Housing Development Corporation Core Systems and Connected Applications”, in accordance with the requirements specified by the Employer.
2. Interested parties shall register as a vendor prior to the EOI submission date stated below in clause 8 via the “Vendors” tab in the portal.
3. Interested parties are required to submit all documents stated in the employer’s Requirement.
4. Only the companies that pass the technical evaluation will be invited to submit their price proposals.
5. HDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to annul the EOI process at any stage prior to signing an agreement, without thereby incurring any liability to the proponents.
6. The EOI document(s) may be obtained from HDC’s bidding portal https://bids.hdc.mv.
7. The EOI shall be uploaded to the portal before the deadline specified in clause 8 of this section.
