Request for Proposals – Supply and Delivery of Aviation Fue l( Jet A-1 )

1. Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd, the operator of Gan International Airport, invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of Aviation Fuel (Jet A-1) to Gan International Airport for the year 2026, in accordance with the specified technical and operational requirements.
2. Interested parties shall register to participate in the tender process as follows before 12:00 hrs on 02^nd March 2026 by submitting an e-mail to [email protected] the following information
1. Name , Address  and registration number of the Bidder
2. Name, email address and contact number of the Contact Person
3. Details of the bid (bid reference number)
3. A complete set of the bidding documents in electronic format will be made available to the registered bidders upon the deadline for registration. Only registered Bidders can participate in the Bid process, and the Bid document is not transferable.
4. The Proponents shall furnish a Bid Security of MVR250,000/- or equivalent in USD which shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Proposals.
5. Proposals shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of submission of proposals. Proposals should be submitted on or before 10:00 hrs on by 10^th March 2026.
6. All inquiries and responses related to registration must be submitted in writing and addressed to the contact information specified below before 10:00hrs on 05^th March 2026
