Physical Verification of Fixed Asset at MACL

The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Physical Verification of Fixed Asset at MACL for a third time, as the previous response was very low.

A compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for the interested parties on 1130hrs of 14^th December 2015, Monday, in MACL Corporate Office building at INIA. Only the parties that attend the Pre-bid meeting and sign the Register will be allowed to submit Bids.

Sealed bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the Tender document shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address below on or before 1130hrs of 20^th December 2015,
Sunday. Late bids will be rejected.

The Offers from each Bidder will be opened at sharp 1130hrs of 20^th December 2015,
Sunday, in MACL Corporate Office Building at INIA in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Evaluation of the bids will be performed after which MACL will deliberate and finalize the award.
