Thilafushi Corporation Ltd. (TCL) requires undertaking the following works under the VIP Harbor Repair Project.

• Repair of about 33 Mtrs of damaged quay wall section and plaster of one section of the VIP harbor quay wall.
• Reconstruction of the damaged quay wall section at the entrance of the commercial harbor.

TCL invites potential and competent parties to submit bids for undertaking this work as per the design provided by the Corporation. The previous announcement no: TCL/PROC-TA/2015/033 for this tender has been cancelled due to lack of response.

• Price of bid document is MVR 500 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Five Hundred).
• A minimum bank guarantee of MVR. 50,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Fifty Thousand)) must be submitted along with the bid.
• An advance payment of up to 15% can be released to the winning contractor upon request on submission of a bank guarantee.

Important tips for interested parties who wish to submit their Proposals:

• Only one proposal can be submitted by each party.
• Proposal should be valid for at least 90 days.
• Thilafushi Corporation reserves the right to eliminate proposals with incomplete information.
• Proposal should be submitted with all required information.

Only those who have purchased the bid documents for this bid can participate in the bid opening. All bid proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bid opening will be held at Thilafushi Corporation with all those who want to participate in the bid opening.
