1. The Republic of Maldives has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives Urban Development and Resilience Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Equipment for Emergency Operation Coordination Center (EOCC) Maldives.
2. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
3. The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of Equipment for Emergency Operation Coordination Center (EOCC) Maldives.

Lot 3: Call Centre Management
Lot 4: Building Utilities
Lot 5: Data Centre
Lot 6: Physical set up
Lot 7: Operational Support Devices/Field response Tools
The delivery period is 60 days. Margin of Preference is not applicable. Eligible bidders are required to quote for 100% of items.
4. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Seventh Edition- September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Hassan Shiyaz, Project Manager, Project Management Unit, Maldives Urban Development and Resilience Project (MUDRP), Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure at the address given below.
6. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below before 1300hrs (local time) Wednesday, 11th February 2026. The document will be sent by email.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1300hrs (local time), Thursday 12th February 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 1300hrs (local time), Thursday 12th February 2026.
