Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct regular field visits to health professionals / clinics / hospitals / pharmacies to promote assigned products through ethical, evidence-based detailing using approved materials
• Manage the assigned territory by implementing route/call plans and coverage schedules to meet monthly activity and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and priority accounts: follow up to improve adoption and service.
• Support marketing activities including CMEs, product launches, and in-clinic sessions, ensuring proper coordination and post-activity follow-up
• Conduct Market Analysis to identify the demand and monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback: to provide timely field insights
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports (calls, coverage, outcomes, feedback) and handle complaints / adverse event reporting as per SOPs.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in sciences, medicine or in a related field

Preferred Requirements

• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office Software
• Basic understanding of sales and commercial processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
