Concept Design Development - MMA New Office Building
1. The MMA is seeking to hire a qualified party with the relevant expertise and experience to carry out the concept design development of the MMA New Office Building.
2. Eligibility of Bidders:
a) This bidding process is open only for Registered Bidders who had declared their interest to participate in the bid before the registration deadline.
b) A Bidder may be a partnership or a limited liability company or a merger or an acquisition or a joint venture or a government-owned entity.
c) If the bidder intends to submit their bid proposal as a Joint Venture, the intention must be declared during the bid registration period.
d) If the awarded bidder is a joint venture, the Joint Venture must be registered with the Ministry of Economic Development & Trade of the Maldives, before signing of the contract with MMA.
3. Registration Process:
a) Interested parties shall register for bidding by submitting the following details to [email protected] by 1100 hours (Maldives time) of 14th January 2026 (Wednesday).

b) The RFP with relevant bidding documents shall be shared with the registered parties, after the registration deadline.
4. Clarification and Response Process:
a) Bidders requiring any further clarification of the Bidding Documents, shall email their queries to [email protected] before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 20 January 2026 (Tuesday).
b) The response to clarifications shall be provided by MMA on or before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 22 January 2026 (Thursday).
5. Bid Submission Process:
Bidders shall follow the following table for the process & deadlines for the respective Stages of this bidding process.
