Position: Cleaning and Gardening Agent

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic Literacy with minimum 1 years of relevant work experience

Additional Requirement:

• Must be 18 years of age or above

Responsibilities

1. Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.
2. Mowing, trimming, tree cutting and pruning.
3. Sowing, cultivation, and propagation of plants, trees, and shrubs.
4. Application of chemical and organic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers
5. Cleaning and weeding.
6. Stock and maintain supply rooms.
7. Eliminate hazards in cleaning and gardening areas.
8. Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions.
9. Cooperate with the rest of the staff and follow all health and safety regulations.
