Job Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle basic inquiries.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist with office equipment maintenance and facility needs.
• Handle company permits, documents, and follow-ups.
• Maintain entry/dispatch records and manage correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, book rooms, and prepare simple documents.
• Keep filing systems organized and confidential.
• Following up on pending day-to-day tasks and ensuring all documents are filed systematically in both physical and electronic means.
• Ensure being on call beyond working hours to troubleshoot any urgent matter in office.

Required Qualifications

• 5 O’Level Pass and 3 A’Level Pass
