The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MOTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel on the 71,832 (Seventy-One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two) Square Metre plot of land in Baarah, Haa Alifu Atoll, Republic of Maldives.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via TEAMS at 10:00 HRS on 23^rd December 2025 (Tuesday) and submit proposals at 10:00 HRS on 27^th January 2026 (Tuesday).

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 19^th November 2025 till 26^th January 2026 (With the exception of government holidays), between 09:00 HRS – 13:00 HRS, from the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception, or via email.
