The following amendment is made to the Bidding Document for the Lease, Development, Operation and Management of Tourist Resort pursuant to the Invitation for Bids (IFB) number (IUL)88-PS/88/2025/472, dated 11^th September 2025 and Instruction to Bidders (ITB).

• Amendment to the date for obtaining further information and the purchase of bidding documents.
• Amendment to the deadline for bid submission.

Hence, the following Clauses of the IFB & ITB are to be amended as below;

a)      Clause 11 of the IFB:  

Interested parties may obtain further information and purchase the Bidding Documents from 14^th September 2025 up to the 12^th January 2026, between 09:00hrs to 13:00 hrs, at the following address or via email to [email protected].

Bids are to be delivered on or before 11:00hrs on Tuesday, 13^th January 2026, to the address in IFB Clause 11 or any other venue that the Ministry may announce
