Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease, Development, Operation and Management of Tourist Hotel
The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Secretariat of the Naivaadhoo Council invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop and manage Tourist Hotels on the Plots of Lands in Naivaadhoo, Haa Dhaalu Atoll provided below:

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via TEAMS at 1315HRS on 22nd October 2025 (Wednesday) and submit proposals at 1000 HRS on 4th November 2025 (Tuesday).
To join the information session, kindly send an email along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 1200 HRS on 22nd October 2025 (Wednesday).
The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with the invitation for bids. The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 15th October 2025 till 2nd November 2025 (With the exception of government holidays), between 0900 HRS – 1300 HRS, from the Secretariat of the Naivaadhoo Council reception, or via email.
