The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MoTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel in 3-hectare plot of land in Funadhoo in Shaviyani Atoll.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information sessions that will be held virtually at 10:00hrs (Local Time) Tuesday, 28^th October 2025.

To join the information sessions, kindly send an email requesting to join the information session along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 12:00hrs on 27^th October 2025.

Interested parties may submit proposals as follows:

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 15^th October 2025 up to the 25^th November 2025 between 09:00hrs to 13:00hrs, excluding government holidays, at Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception.
