The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MoTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Resort in the following island listed below.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information sessions that will be held virtually at 1000hrs (Local Time) Thursday, 23^rd October 2025.

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 14^th October 2025 up to the 10^th November 2025 between 0900hrs to 1300hrs, excluding government holidays, at Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception.
