INVITATION FOR BIDS

Miscellaneous works of Fuel farm and Island facilities of R. Vandhoo RWMF -2^nd Tender

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Tourism and Environment has received financing and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract for the project Miscellaneous works of Fuel farm and Island facilities of R. Vandhoo RWMF. The Ministry cancels the invitation number (IUL)88-MCEP/88/2025/500 and now re-invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is attached with this advertisement.

Bid Registration

Interested bidders shall be registered to submit a bid. Registration will be open from the time of the publishing of this invitation until, 14:00hrs of 19^th October 2025 via Email to [email protected] stating Reference No. of this Invitation, Project Name, Company name, email address and contact number. This tender is only open for registered parties.

Pre-bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15^th  October 2025 at 11:00 hours Maldivian time at the Saafu raajje building of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment.

Bid Security

The bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 7,500 ( MVR Seven Thousand Five Hundred or equivalent in USD ) for the project. The bid security shall be valid for 148 days from the date of the bid opening.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Saafu Raajje Building, Uni Maalan), before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 20^th  October 2025. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:00AM on 20^th October 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Any clarifications to the bid may be sent to  below given mail address on or before 15^th  October 2025,at 1800 hours.
