Hiring a Consultant for the Development of the National Integrated Housing Portal

The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure (MCHI) invites qualified consulting firms to design and develop a secure, scalable, and WCAG-compliant National Integrated Housing Portal.

Interested bidders must register via email at [email protected] before the registration deadline. Only registered bidders receive invitations to the pre-bid meeting and access to supplementary documents (e.g., Project Requirement Document).  The deadline for registration is 18^th September 2025, 1200hrs.

Pre Bid Meeting is held to clarify queries. Submit questions in advance via email. Attendance is mandatory for eligibility.  Prebid meeting is scheduled to be held on the 21^st September 2025, 1000hrs

Proposal Submission and Bid Opening will be held at MCHI on the 01^st October 2025, 1000hrs
