Consultancy Services for reviewing and piloting of the Green Finance Taxonomy for the Maldives

1. The MMA is seeking the services of an experienced consultant with the relevant expertise and knowledge, to assist the MMA in the review and piloting of a Green Finance Taxonomy

2. Eligibility of Bidders: A Bidder may be a natural person, a private entity, or government owned entity, partnership or any combination of them in the form of a joint venture, under an existing agreement, or with the intent to constitute a legally enforceable joint venture. All partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Contract terms.

3. Interested parties shall register for bidding by emailing Expression of Interest (EOI) to [email protected] by 1100 hours (Maldives time) of 27 August 2025. The EOI should provide the following information of the bidder.

• Name of the Entity / Individual(s)
• Contact Personnel and details
• Designation
• Email address
• Website details

4. Bidders requiring any clarification of the Bidding Documents, shall email their queries to [email protected] before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 1 September 2025. The response to clarifications shall be provided by MMA on or before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) 02 September 2025.

5. All bid documents must be emailed before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 07 September 2025. The recommended time emailing the Bid Submission Form 5.1 and the Financial Proposal 5.4 is between 1015 hours and 1100 hours of 07 September 2025, during the MS-Teams meeting held on 07 September 2025, from 1015 hours to 1130 hours (Maldives Time).

6. Bid documents received later than 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 07 September 2025 will not be accepted.
