Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guest house and City Hotel in Hulhudhoo, Addu City.

The Addu City Council (the “Council”), hereby announces the first Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Information to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses and City Hotels in Hulhudhoo, Addu City.

ITB Clause 8

8. Clarification of Bidding Documents

8.1 (i) Prospective Bidders shall submit requests for clarification at least 3 (three) working dates prior to bid closing date; before 13:00hrs on 31^st July 2025. 

ITB Clause 23

23. Bids will be evaluated based on the:

23.3 (vii) Proposed Corporate Social Responsibility (C.S.R) project which shall carry a maximum of 10 marks. (CSR project shall not be less than 10% of the Investment pursuant to Clause 4 of the ITB).

b. Above 10% of the total investment (10 marks)
