- Design and implement corrective action programs to enhance maintenance performance and operational efficiency. - Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and key operational decisions to support the overall direction of the facility. - Supervise and evaluate contractor performance to ensure alignment with maintenance standards and project timelines. - Set reliability targets, monitor progress, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement to meet operational goals. |
Responsibilities: |
|
- Completed Diploma in Process Piping Design & Engineering, or in a related field - 3 years of experience in maintenance management - Proficiency in AutoCAD, CMMS, and Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage |
