Technical Assistance to Develop Geodatabase and Web Applications 

Maldives Land and Survey Authority (MLSA) require the service of a consultant to develop a database and a web based mapping applications using JavaScript and ESRI ArcGIS Server for the National Geographic Information System (NGIS) of the Maldives. The purpose of this application is to distribute various spatial data collected in the NGIS to the public and other government agencies.

A more detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the consultancy services will be available on the Maldives Land and survey Authority’s website www.surveyofmaldives.gov.mv. Interested firms may obtain further information by writing to the address below. 

Also be informed that this is the second time we are offering the opportunity as only two parties had submmited proposals after the first announcement.

The expressions of interest with detailed technical and financial proposals in English must be delivered to the address below by regular mail, emails or fax, no later than 1300 hours Maldivian time on September 17, 2015.
