LOCATION: Fuvahmulah City
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- A’Level 3 passes
- O’level 5 passes (including English and Dhivehi)
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a relevant field
OVERALL SCOPE
Respond to customer queries/ Requests/ Complains through calls in professional and injured manner in order to enable the company to enhance its larger strategic vision and common business objectives including customer retention, efficiency and problem solving by ensuring its strong customer base.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and other issues respectfully and professionally
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customers by explaining possible solutions ensuring that the clients feel supported and valued.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Manage and update customer database with the status of each caller.
- Ensure cases are attended on a daily basis.
- Build customer loyalty by follow-up calls.
- Evaluate, document and report feedbacks and concerns to improve the service.
- Understand and strive to provide consistent customer service.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Exceptional customer service skills including active listening.
- Fluent in English and Dhivehi language.
- Professional verbal and communication skills (professional phone voice).
- Exceptional customer service skills including active listening.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to clarify information and diffuse tense situations.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Able to work after office hours and odd hours based on requirements.
- Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
- Has utmost integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 8,000.00
