On May 20, 2024, the Cabinet resolved to host an exhibition titled Dhivehinge Ufehdhuntherikamuge Maurazu in May 2025, with the objective of enhancing productivity and fostering business growth in the Maldives.

The exhibition will feature competitions across various sectors, including the Creative Economy District, the Digital & Innovation District, the Entertainment District, and the Marketplace District.

It has been further decided that the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, in collaboration with the Business Center Corporation (BCC), will organize and oversee the event.

Business Center Corporation (BCC) invites interested parties to submit sealed bids for the provision of custom-designed trophies for the Maldives Expo 2025.
