Amendment to IFB and ITB - 2
Regarding Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of City Hotel in Feydhoo, Addu City.

The Addu City Council (the “Council”) hereby announces the Second Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Information to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of City Hotel in Feydhoo, Addu City.
Amendments to IFB and ITB
Change of Development Type
The reference to the development and operation of a "City Hotel" in the IFB and ITB is hereby amended to "Guesthouse/City Hotel". All provisions, requirements, and references to "City Hotel" throughout the IFB and ITB shall be construed to mean "Guesthouse/City Hotel" accordingly.
Annex III: Bid Form:
Bid Form of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) is hereby amended. The revised version of Annex III is attached to this document and shall supersede the previous version in its entirety.
