Invitation for Bids (3^rd  Advertisment)

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Tourism and Environment has received funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) towards implementing the project “ Integrated Sustainable and Low Emission Transport in the Maldives“ and is seeking the an Outreach Officer Communications with Public Awareness and Advocacy Programs (National).

With reference to the Annoucement No. (IUL)438-ENV/438/2024/421, 30^th September 2024, since no  Expressions of Interests was recieved for the Consultancy, the Ministry would like to re-advertise for the Outreach Officer for Integrated Sustainable and Low Emission Transport in the Maldives project.

The Ministry of Tourism and Environment invited interested eligible individuals to submit their application.

The details of Eligibility Criteria, Scope of work and the duration of Assignment can be found in the attached TOR of this announcement.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv  for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.

Proposal Validity and Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 15^th April 2025. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:00AM on 15^th April 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Proposals must be sealed and addressed as below
