Total Salary

• Diploma in software engineering or Diploma in IT, computer Science or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar level position in a related field.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

• Identify and resolve end user issues
• Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems.
• Design and document workflows for systems.
• Provide ICT helpdesk and technical support.

Job Summary

• Great team player with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Excellent oral, written and listening skills (Dhivehi/Engilish)
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Solid understanding of systems (Desktops, Laptops, Hardware)
• Solid understanding of CCTV, Door Access, WIFI, Cabling
• Networking experience (cable crimping and testing)
• Ability to quickly grasp and provide support for new systems
