UI/UX Developer – Information System

(Required No: 01)

Work as part of our software engineering team to improve, automate, provide solutions and build next generation web server technologies for the government health insurance project, Husnuvaa Aasandha.

Requirements

×       Diploma in related field or minimum GCE A’Level 3 passes (Grade C & above)

×       At least 2 years of user experience in UI/UX design

×       Strong web design skills to maximize the user experience for web and mobile projects

×       Ability to work with various skill sets including other designers and developers

×       Organized and efficient with ability to document all stages of the design solutions

×       Fluent in Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Sketch & other web tools)

×       Knowledge of modern web platforms HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript and their frameworks (e.g. responsive design)

×       Understanding of design, usability and functionality in multi-platform and browser environments

×       Knowledge of native mobile app design standards across iOS and Android

×       Ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive projects

Responsibilities

×       Design and implement front-end solutions.

×       Review and understand functional UI requirements to be able to conceive and present application design and UI prototypes focusing on workflow and usability.

×       Document and publish requirements, design and functional specifications for use by internal teams

×       Implement new UI functionality using state-of-the art industry standard frameworks.

×       Evaluate existing user interfaces, and propose and implement improvements and extensions as required by the overall architecture of the product.

×       Contribute to the team’s software development lifecycle improvement initiatives by utilizing standard practices as well as proposing areas of improvement – design, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.

×       Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Remuneration

An attractive salary and allowance package will be provided based on qualification and experience. 

Duration: 6 Months with possible extension.
