The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Velana International Airport (VIA) seeks to identify parties who are capable & interested in supplying Explosive Detection System (EDS) X-Ray Machines to MACL as per the MACL requirement to be placed in the Velana International Airport for cargo screening purposes. And as such, MACL invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties who are capable to supply the product.

 

Interested parties who are capable to supply the product shall send their Expressions of Interest (EOI) by email to ‘[email protected]’ on or before 1130hrs of 18th March 2025, Tuesday. Late EOIs will be rejected. The parties sending their EOIs shall provide their full legal name, address, contact details and any supporting documents as applicable to prove their capability (i.e. general profile stating affiliations, experience etc.). MACL at own discretion will later send a formal ‘Request for Proposal’ with the MACL requirement including the required specifications etc. to the selected EOI parties. 

 

Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid.  This EOI does not imply a commitment by MACL to proceed with, continue or complete this, or any other similar process. Nothing in this EOI creates an exclusive arrangement between MACL and any EOI party.
