Business Center Corporation, a Government of the Maldives owned Company, invites interested parties to express their interest for the development of a state-of-the-art co-working facility in M. Feeroaz Lodge, Male’

The preferred development model for this project includes the Contractor Finance Model, the Joint Venture Model, or the Lease Model for the Design, Engineering, Construction, and Operation of the entire Co-Working Facility. Regardless of the model proposed, the benefits to both the proponent and BCC should be clearly stated.

In the event the BCC receives more than one proposal, the Corporation will proceed with the proposal that best meets the Corporation’s strategic objectives for this project. The EOIs will be evaluated based on the proponent’s experience in similar projects, available financial resources, technical capabilities, proposed team, and the proposed concept for the co-working facility.

The Corporation reserves all rights to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the EOI process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement signing, without thereby incurring any liability to the proponents. In such an event, all proponents will be informed, and all proposals will be returned.

The duly completed document set shall be submitted as per the prescribed "Expression of Interest (EOI) Application Form" attached with this announcement. The submissions shall include the proposed concept design for the co-working facility.
