REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Basic project management knowledge
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal & communication skills in English & Dhivehi
• Excellent inter-personal and ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant personality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support and coordination for marketing activities, ensuring smooth administrative and logistical operations
• Assist in budget allocations, collaborate with the finance department, and maintain precise financial records
• Prepare and document committee meeting minutes, present updates to the committee, and actively participate in departmental activities
• Handle communications and maintain administrative documents for marketing-related tasks
• Participate in internal and external marketing events, ensuring effective execution of plans and strategies
