INVITATION FOR BIDS

Development of a Senior Citizen’s Home in Addu City Feydhoo, under the Design, Build, Finance and Operate Public Private Partnership Model

1-  Ministry of Social and Family Development invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Development of a Senior Citizen’s Home in Addu City Feydhoo, under the Design, Build, Finance and Operate Public Private Partnership Model.

2-  Interested bidders shall register for the bid from 04^th February 2025 till 12^th February 2025 through the link below.

a)     only the registered bidders will be eligible to submit the proposal.

b)    Payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Five Hundred) through online payment portal-Ban’deyri Pay (https://bp.finance.gov.mv/ ) will be charged as bid registration fee, and e-mailing the following information to the below given e-mail addresses:

• Name and Address of the Bidder
• Name, e-mail ID and telephone numbers of the Contact Person(s)
• Copy of the Payment/Transaction Receipt

3-  Any Clarification to the project may be sent to the address below on or before 1400hrs, 12th February 2025.

4-  The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa) for the project. The Bid security shall be valid for 60 days from the date of bid opening.

5-  Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to the Ministry of Social and Family Development at the address specified in Clause 8 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 11:00:00 hrs Maldives Time on 19th February 2025, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected 

6-  A more detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Projects will be available on the Ministry’s e-portal  https://eportal.msfd.gov.mv from 03^rd February 2025.

7-  TOR and supporting documentation will be available via Ministry’s e-portal  https://eportal.msfd.gov.mv.
