INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
LEASE OF UNIT FOR GROCERY USE FROM AMAN UDHARES COMMERCIAL
- FDC invites capable and interested parties to submit proposals for leasing a commercial unit at Aman Udhares Commercial, designated for the operation of a grocery store.
- The units identified for the project are:
- CG01-UDHARES 14 measuring an area of 1896.51 Sqft
- CGX1-UDHARES 14 measuring an area of 161.29 Sqft
- Proposals must be submitted no later than 13:30 hrs on 18th February 2025 (Tuesday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
