Job Description
Evaluation and Analysis
- Assess and present Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with precision.
- Develop industry benchmarks for construction costs to maintain competitive standards.
Inspection
- Oversee construction progress, ensuring material usage aligns with the approved BOQ.
- Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare detailed environmental reports.
- Maintain comprehensive technical records and project documentation.
Customer Support
- Provide professional counselling to customers regarding construction and financing matters.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirement
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Administration a related field.
- Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong document verification, management, and compliance expertise.
- Knowledge of mortgage registration, insurance/takaful processes, and disbursement management.
- Proficiency in maintaining databases and preparing operational reports.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Salary: Salary ranging from MVR 9,000 to 10,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
