INVITATION FOR TENDER
PURCHASING OF FUEL BARGE
State Trading Organization Plc (STO) invites interested and eligible parties meeting the requirements set out in this announcement to register for the purchasing of fuel barge.
The eligible Parties will then be invited to submit a more detailed proposal through a restricted Request for Proposal process.
1. Requirement
a. 250K/L to 300K/L capacity fuel barge
b. Vessel must be available for immediate purchase.
c. Year of Built – Latest as possible (Not above 7 years)
2. Eligibility Criteria.
a. Applicant must be a shipowner.
b. Participation by joint ventures not allowed. Only individual entities (owners) will be eligible.
3. Required documents
a. Proof of ownership
b. Company registration certificate
c. Shareholder ID cards
d. Relevant Tax Certificates
e. Business Permit
f. Business Profile
g. Memorandum of Association
h. Article of Association
