Academic Qualification and Experience

The GHCTCBE should possess the following qualifications as a minimum standard for recruitment:

• Advanced degree in agriculture specializing in agronomy.
• Experience/Knowledge in greenhouse agriculture of food crops directly in greenhouses or open field but applicable to greenhouses.
• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in field level agriculture pertaining to agronomy of food crops
• Experience in conducting non-academic training programmes; to village farmers, middle level extension officers.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
