 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

1. Local parties are hereby invited by Maldives State Shipping Company Pvt Ltd. of the Republic of Maldives, to submit their proposal for the “Printing and Supply of Desktop Calendar 2025”.
2. All interest parties should submit the proposal to the address below (in person) by 1100hrs on Sunday, 8th December 2024.
3. A pre-bid meeting for the interested parties will be held Wednesday , 27th November 2024 at 1100 hrs. at Maldives State Shipping, 2^nd Floor, Orchid Magu, Male’, Rep. of Maldives.
4. All parties who attend the pre-bid meeting will be registered to submit the proposal.
5. Proposals submitted by parties who are not registered will not be accepted.
6. Interested bidders may obtain further information by writing to the address and the last date to send queries is Saturday, 30th November 2024, 1400 hrs.
