Senior Digital Marketing & PR Executive

CA Maldives is the statutory body mandated with regulating and developing the accounting profession of the Maldives. The institute is also mandated with developing accounting and auditing standards applicable for private sector and issuing license to provide audit and assurance services in the Maldives. The Institute was established on 8th September 2020, following the ratification of the Maldives Chartered Accountants Act (13/2020), by the President.

The Institute is looking for an individual to lead its digital marketing and public relations efforts, driving key initiatives that align with the Institute's goals and objectives.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Create engaging design materials for social media, booklets, event designs, and other promotional content in line with the institute’s brand guidelines.
  • Oversee, enhance, and regularly update the Institute’s website to reflect ongoing activities and initiatives.
  • Write, monitor, and manage contents of the social media and website including articles, captions, newsletters, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the local and international media for press release, interviews and TV and radio appearances.
  • Respond to media enquiries, setup interviews and manage media logistics.
  • Ensure events of the institute are posted and presented on real time by media outlets and update them regularly on the website and all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the retainer to achieve set KPIs for improving the institute’s member portal.
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide actionable recommendations on the institute’s performance across social media, website, and international platforms. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on the institute’s events and activities to the supervisor.
  • Design quarterly and annual reports for the institute.
  • Capture high-quality photographs of events and activities conducted by the institute.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure design materials of events meet the expected quality standards.
  • Develop content strategies and create compelling content for various platforms.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MNQF Level 7/8 qualification in Marketing / Public Relations Management / Project Management or other relevant field with 4 years of experience in relevant field, (OR)
  • Advanced Diploma or MNQF Level 6 qualification in Marketing / Public Relations Management / Project Management or other relevant field with minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and website development will be an advantage.

DESIRED SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS, AND COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi (written and verbal).
  • Should possess excellent administrative skills.
  • Able to design visual content will be an advantage.
  • Interest in writing content that can be represented in international platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

COMPENSATION

  • MVR 17,500 – MVR 19,000
