Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with achieving the Company goals and objectives and work with the departments and sites to achieve high level of performance.
- Manage and delegate the work within the mandate of the department according to the policy and procedures.
- Managing recruitment, selection and termination and provide the necessary inputs during the recruitment, selection and termination process and manage new employee orientations, on-boarding, and training programs and manage the remunerations and benefits owed by the Company for all staff.
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
- Ensure timely distribution of salary, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
- Monitoring employee punctuality and taking measures to encourage proper attendance.
- Manage the resolution of grievances or queries that employees.
- Developing, Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the policy and timelines
- Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective department managers and manage training needs accordingly.
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization including visiting the sites.
- Create and manage the department budget and manage all purchase requirements within the set policies and procedures of the Company.
- Ensure the Company is updated with the most recent changes to the government HR policies and regulations and inform the management and implement relevant changes to the operational requirements.
- Create and manage the annual department budget and collect internal consumption requests and forward the requirements accordingly to the procurement department.
- Support the department staff and be an exemplary team leader.
- Identify areas of development of the department staff and manage the training requirements and manage the performance of staff.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Must have Masters Certificate with MNQF level 9 or Degree with MNQF level 7 in Human Resource Management or relevant field; or minimum 10 years of experience in similar position in a related field.
- Fluent communication skills, excellent organizer, efficient time management and people management skills.
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, ethical and moral standards
