INVITATION FOR TENDER

RENOVATION WORKS AT STO TRADE CENTER’S 3^RD FLOOR UNIT 03-05

State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for the renovation works to be done at the 3^rd floor , unit 03-05 of STO trade center.

1.      Scope of work :

a)      Demolition and dismantling works.

b)     Construction/installation of new partitions with putty painting works.

c)      Laying of new electrical and lighting as necessitated.

d)     Fabrication and installation of glass partitions and glass doors.

e)      Fabrication and installation of aluminum doors.

f)       Flooring works.

g)     Ceiling works.

h)     Fabrication and installation of pantry cabinetry

i)       Fabrication/supply of furniture for pantry.

j)        Supply and installation of roller blinds. 

2.      Eligible tenderers are limited to:

2.1           The applicant must provide evidence of at least one similar project of value MVR 250,000 within the past three years.

2.2           The applicant must not be a Blacklisted / Default/ Legal Customer of State Trading Organization Plc. or any subsidiaries of State Trading Organization Plc.

2.3           The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with the Ministry of Economic Development or MIRA.

3.      Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by :

3.1        Reference letter/work completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for successful completion of at least one similar nature of project involving construction works.

4.      Required documents for registration :

4.1        Company certificates (Registration certificate, Memorandum of association, Articles of association, Business information sheet, Bank details, Identity card of business shareholders, MIRA TAX clearance report and registration certificate).

4.2        Work completion letters / Reference letters.
