The announcement No. (IUL)142-A1/142/2024/150 (15^th  August 2024) for the construction of a 12 storey office building named "Dar-ul-Salam" in Hulhumale’ Phase 1 for the purpose of increasing endowments is hereby cancelled.

And Ministry of Islamic Affairs of the government of Republic of Maldives hereby announces Invitation for submission of proposals for “Development of Waqf Building - Dhaarul Salaam at Hulhumale”.

A 12-storey office building, Dhaarul Salaam will be developed at Hulhumale’ Phase 1 with the aim of increasing the endowments. The work is to be carried out on contractor finance basis.

Interested parties, both national and international are requested to register and submit their proposals to the Ministry.

Tender documents regarding this announcement will be sent to the registered parties.

Proposals submission will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 11:00 at Islamic Center, Ministry of Islamic Affairs.
