Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital is inviting qualified bidders to submit proposals for conducting an infrastructure assessment, performing regular radiation leakage testing on designated equipment and facilities, and monitoring radiation exposure levels for employees in the Radiology Department. This initiative aims to ensure compliance with safety standards and safeguard the well-being of staff and patients.

Information to the Bidders

1. Bidders are advised to carefully read the tender information sheet.
2. Only parties who gets registered for this tender are eligible to submit proposals.
3. Interested eligible bidders should register to the bid via the google form  https://forms.gle/sEPXWmmYqHNZFAWi8 and send their registration before 16^th October 2024. TOR will be shared among the registered parties.
4. Bidders may obtain further information regarding this tender by mailing their queries to [email protected] e-mail before 22^nd October 2024, 12:00pm.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 23^rd October, 2024 (Wednesday) 11:00 Hours Maldivian Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

2. The bidder must be registered in their respective business country, a well-established party, and must be providing a continuous service. The bidder must follow the rules and regulations set by the Maldivian government.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or designated representatives of the bidders after 23^rd October, 2024 (Wednesday) 11:00 am at “Alimas Maalan” of KRH (1^st Floor Meeting room located in main office building of KRH).
