INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Government of the Maldives represented by the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy has received financing from Global Environmental Facility (GEF) towards implementing the project “Implementing Sustainable Low and Non-Chemical Development in SIDS” and seeks the consultancy service for “Capacity Building Assessment: Enforcement Agencies for Hazardous Substances Management, (IUL)438-ENV/438/2024/394”.

The Ministry, invites interested eligible parties to submit their bids to the captioned consultancy service.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement..

Bid Registration

Interested Bidders shall register with the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy via the application form available at Ministry website www.environment.gov.mv and shall mail to the email address [email protected] not later than 1000 hours on 23^rd September 2024. This tender is only open for registered parties.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time 23^rd  September 2024. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 23^rd  September 2024in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
