Consultant Services for: Independent Evaluation and development of a Strategic Exit /Sustainability Plan for Maldives Clean Environment Project.

Request for Expressions of Interest

The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives Clean Environment Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the services of a Consultant Services for: Independent Evaluation and development of a Strategic Exit /Sustainability Plan for Maldives Clean Environment Project.

Qualifications and experience required to be eligible for consideration for this position, is specified in the clause (8) Qualification and experience and in the evaluation, criteria are specified in the clause (9) of the Terms of reference.

The Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy thereby, re-invites interested individuals, who meet the requirements specified in the TORs to submit the following;

1. Letter of Expression of Interest (EOI)
2. An updated CV that demonstrates that the consultant is qualified to perform the services (including description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills etc.)
3. Attested copies of Educational Certificates (copies taken from with accredited original certificates)
4. Reference Letters/ Certificate of Completion for similar and relevant assignments.
5. Copy of National Identification Card
6. Management and Implementation Plan for the assignment.
7. A financial proposal as specified in the(ANNEX 1-FINANCIAL BREAKDOWN FORM)
