INVITATION FOR TENDER

HIRING A PARTY FOR SERVICING AND REFILLING OF FIRE EXTENGUISHERS AT STO PREMISES FOR A PERIOD OF 01 YEAR

State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer registered parties in Maldives, the opportunity to submit proposals for servicing and refilling of fire extinguishers at STO premises for a period of 01 year.

1.   Scope of Service Required

1.1   Servicing and refilling of fire extinguishers at STO premises for a period of 01 yea

2.   The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:

2.1     Applicants must provide evidence of at least one similar project, demonstrating a minimum of two years of experience in servicing and refilling fire extinguishers within the past five years

2.2     Bidders must have MNDF permit for providing fire consultancy services and servicing of fire extinguisher equipment’s.

3.  Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:

3.1     MNDF Permit/Certification.

3.2   Reference letter/completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for successful completion of at least one similar nature of project involving servicing and refilling of fire extinguishers.

4.  Required documents for registration:

4.1   Company certificates (Registration certificate, Memorandum of association, Articles of association, MIRA TAX registration certificate, Business information sheet.

4.2   Company shareholder ID cards.

4.3   Work completion letters / Reference letters

5   Tendering Process

Registration & bid document: Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificates and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.

Deadline for registration:         18^th July 2024, 11:00hrs

ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email on, 22^nd July 2024, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender. 

Queries and Replies:              Queriesshall be writtenin English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 23^rd July 2024, 11:00hrs to the address specified below. Response to queries will be given on 23^rd July 2024, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender.   

Tender submission:                Documents shall be emailed to [email protected][NOT LATER than 28^th July 2024 at 11:00hrs.]

                                                        Submissions received after deadline will be rejected.
