Building Climate Resilient Safer Islands In the Maldives

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy (MCCEE) has received financing from Green Climate Fund (GCF)  and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract under the contract for the project “ Procurement of ICT Equipments for Project Management Unit“. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 15^th July 2024. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 15^th  July 2024 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Bid Clarification

Any clarifications to the bid may be sent to  below given mail address on or before 27^th  June 2024, at 1000 hours. Clarifications submitted to the Ministry will be answered between 30^th June 2024 and 2^nd July 2024
